NOTICE OF SUCCESSION DUTY: John Virgo Evans, of 258 Chester Road, Tranmere, from the estate of Edward Morgan, died 11 Jan. 1869, who inherited from Anne Morgan, his wife who died on 2 April 1852, under a indenture of settlement made between Edward Morgan of the first part, Anne Morgan, then Anne Roberts, of the second part John Babington and Hugh Jones, trustees, of the third part, noting the duty to be paid on one individual twelfth part of Trefriw.
