BOND: Agreement between the Owen brothers of Gwna in the Parish of Trefdraeth, John Jones of Paradwys and Henry Williams of Trefdraeth in the one part and David Roberts, farmer, of Aber in the parish of Llandegfan, and John Hughes of Beaumaris, farmer, in the other part, in the sum of £200. This agreement was made following an order made by Beaumaris assizes held on 24th July regarding a dispute between David Owen and John Hughes, plaintiffs and Owen Owen, defendant. The trial was adjourned in consideration of this settlement and provided the terms are complied with, the case is settled.
